We examined the environments and observed shopper behavior in store to develop a number of strategies and concepts that would make an obvious statement in aisle. This concept brought rote milk purchase out of the traditional cooler and into the perimeter with self-serve activities that heightened the sense of freshness and locality. Shopper customization is enhanced with a flavor exploration station.
