Samsung CE Retail Engagements

In store, Samsung consumer household electronics were being lost in a sea of brands and products. Samsung asked us to explore how they could make a retail statement, stand out, and help retailers provide solutions and insights to shoppers. We built strategies upon Samsung research, secondary research, and shopper observations, then recognized the realities facing CE shoppers in store.

Recognizing those realities, we developed shopping models to drive shopper stories and engagements. Within the models we built principles and game plans to drive focused creative development.

The results included creative solutions that not only looked great and delivered on objectives, but also empathetic and meaningful connections that provided personal context to shoppers.
